PROJECTMEDEWERKER BOUWFYSICA
uren flexibel en in overleg van 8 tot 20 uren per week
Wat ga je doen?
Je start als projectmedewerker bouwfysica, waarbij we je aanhaken bij één of meerdere projecten en je onderdeel bent van de diverse projectteams. Je voert metingen en berekeningen uit en draait mee met een adviseur zodat je een breed beeld krijgt van de werkzaamheden als een bouwfysisch adviseur, waaronder akoestiek, brand en duurzaamheid (BREEAM, GPR, circulariteit). Afhankelijk van jouw am-bities en de projecten die voorhanden zijn ga je ervaring opdoen in het brede bouwfysische vakgebied én krijg je vanuit onze integrale werkwijze ook automatisch kennis van installatietechniek.
Jouw eigenschappen en kwaliteiten:
– je hebt bezig met je opleiding Building Physics and Services aan de TU/e
– je hebt een pro-actieve en positieve werkhouding
– je maakt graag onderdeel uit van een team
– je bent leergierig
– je bent communicatief sterk, denkt graag zelf eerst na maar je durft ook vragen te stellen
– je bent vaardig in de Nederlandse taal, minimaal op B2 niveau
Wat bieden wij jou?
Je komt terecht in een jong, deskundig en enthousiast team binnen een dynamische en mooie werkom-geving vlakbij Strijp-S in Eindhoven. Het aantal uren dat je werkt is flexibel. In basis zijn er wel vaste werktijden maar bij het wijzigen van bijvoorbeeld je schoolrooster of tijdens tentamenperioden kunnen deze tijden in overleg worden aangepast. Je wordt opgenomen in ons team en bent dan ook van harte welkom bij onze kennisdelingssessies en Nelissen academie avonden, die naast leerzaam ook gezellig zijn, en uiteraard bij onze borrels en uitjes.

PROJECT ASSISTANT BUILDING PHYSICS
Flexible hours ranging from 8 to 20 hours a week
What are you going to do?
You will start as project assistant building physics, whereby you will join one or multiple projects and be part of various project teams. Perform measurements and calculations will be part of the job and you will work with an experienced consultant to give you a broad idea of what work in building physics entails. Throughout your work, all building physics aspects will be addressed, among which acoustics, fire safety and sustainability (BREEAM, GPR, circularity). Depending on your ambitions and the available projects, you are going to gain experience in the wide range of building physics and due to our integral working approach, you will automatically gain knowledge of the installation technique and building services as well.
Your characteristics and qualities
– you are in your masters degree Building Physics and Services at the TU/e
– you have a pro-active and positive work attitude
– you like to be part of a team
– you are eager to learn
– you have strong communication skills, you think for yourself first, but you are not afraid to ask questions
– you speak the Dutch language at minimal B2 level

You will become part of a young, professional and enthusiastic team within a dynamic and good work environment nearby Strijp-S in Eindhoven. The amount of hours you work is flexible. In general, there are fixed working hours. However, if the working hours are not convenient for you, for instance, if there is a change in your school schedule or during the exam periods, the hours can be changed in agreement. You are welcome to our knowledge sharing sessions and Nelissen academy evenings, which are not only educational but also fun, and of course to our afternoon drinks and excursions.
