Post-admission affairs

After successful admission, you will have to arrange some practical affairs, such as visa (for non-EU students), housing, health insurance, etc.

TU/e’s international office (IO) is responsible for the arrangement instead of any faculty, see this page for all practical affairs. Normally, IO will contact all admitted applicants in May about practical affairs via email.

Intro week and enrollment

Every year in summer, TU/e organizes intro international students (IIS) for international students and general intro week for all new students, with various wonderful activities. During these weeks you will finish your enrollment and formally become a TU/e student.

Mollier offers a tour to BPS international students, normally on the 4th day of IIS, during which you will be guided to the department building Vertigo, and your questions will be of course answered.

Need help?

For anything about admission and practical affairs, please contact IO. For anything else, you can contact our education commissioner (email: education@mollier.nl). But be aware that we as study associations can’t make any official announcements on behalf of TU/e.
