The PULSE department of SPIE Building Solutions is a young, innovative department of 30 people within the larger SPIE organization. PULSE’s mission is to lead the transition to data-driven management and maintenance, thereby maximizing the potential of buildings in terms of sustainability, comfort, maintenance and asset lifespan. To this end, our Specialists and Consultants work in the PULSE Core platform, which makes data from buildings easy to understand and analyze, to monitor performance 24/7 and optimize it where possible.

NOT ‘JUST A JOB’

The PULSE Specialist is responsible for the implementation of projects in the PULSE Core platform, but also the rollout to users, providing support and developing new algorithms, dashboards and reports. In consultation with the customer team and the PULSE Consultant, you determine the scope of an implementation that you will then set up yourself. You make analyzes and algorithms for the location and ensure the rollout to internal and external users. You also handle support questions about PULSE Core from the organization and ensure that data quality remains in order. In addition to helping customers in your specialist role, you help SPIE by thinking about the further development of our PULSE Core platform and its use in the services of our organization.

NOT ‘JUST AN EMPLOYEE’

• You have completed a technical HBO or WO education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology;
• Knowledge of SkySpark is an advantage, but if you are not yet skilled in this, our team of Specialists can also teach you a lot about this;
• You have an affinity with analyzes of building installations, energy, comfort and maintenance;
• Good analytical skills with a strong interest in data analysis;
• You are self-driven and have an eye for detail and have excellent communication skills;
• You work with a high sense of responsibility, quality-oriented and accurate;
• A good command of the Dutch language (level B2) is an advantage.
