PULSE Specialist

Do you get energy from analyzing and optimizing the performance of buildings and technical installations? Do you like to work as a link between a technical team and the customer? And do you, like us, see the potential of data and digitalization in making the world around us more sustainable? Then you might be the winner we are looking for!

The PULSE department of SPIE Building Solutions is a young, innovative department of 30 people within the larger SPIE organization. PULSE’s mission is to lead the transition to data-driven management and maintenance, thereby maximizing the potential of buildings in terms of sustainability, comfort, maintenance and asset lifespan. To this end, our Specialists and Consultants work in the PULSE Core platform, which makes data from buildings easy to understand and analyze, to monitor performance 24/7 and optimize it where possible.

The PULSE department is continuously developing. Think of it as a startup that adapts to its environment to become increasingly successful in achieving the above objectives. Drive, customer focus, innovation and collaboration are important pillars.

If you would like to know more about our PULSE department, take a look at our website  pulsecore.com/ .
