PhysiBuild was founded in 2011 as a sole proprietorship and has since then grown into a limited liability company (BV) that provides comprehensive consulting services in acoustics, building physics, sustainability, and fire safety. The organization consists of a small team that will continue to expand as the order portfolio grows. You will have the opportunity to help build this company and to continue to grow and develop.

Developments and changes in construction methods (such as the use of different materials) lead to challenges and adjustments both in design and execution. Among other things, we conduct quality control measurements for contractors to improve the quality of their work wherever possible. We also verify on behalf of clients that the contractor has built exactly what the client paid for. In this way, the quality of the built environment continues to improve.

Our projects range from making existing buildings more sustainable and/or transforming them, to the new construction of homes, schools, childcare facilities, healthcare buildings, industrial buildings, and offices. For these projects, we assess and advise on all aspects of acoustics, building physics, sustainability and fire safety, and ensure that the necessary reports for the permit application and/or inspection by the quality assurance body are prepared.

For existing buildings as well, we investigate the cause of issues such as noise pollution by conducting measurements and recommending appropriate measures.

PhysiBuild regularly has openings for interns, graduates, or entry-level employees. Since we operate within the framework of Dutch laws and regulations and serve Dutch clients, it is essential to have a full command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
