Where once stood the most modern dairy factory in the Netherlands, the most modern city district of Eindhoven is being built. The old Campina site is being transformed into De Caai: a living lab with rental and owner-occupied apartments. Here, innovation and design drive new developments in the field of nutrition and well-being. And residents and entrepreneurs find each other in the conviction that everything can and may be greener and healthier. It is the place where you work and live and where new connections lead to new communities.

Kompas360 will take us on a tour on the Phoodfarm and the tower still in construction. Kompas360 will tell us what they have contributed to the project in terms of Building Physics and Services! We can see the development project from design until finished building!

The Program will look something like:

13:00 gathering at Phood Farm. Presentation about de Caai and Phood Farm, and what Kompas has done for this project.

14:00 Tour around the construction site

Towers 3 and 5 are completed, towers 2 and 4 are under construction and we can view them.

We just finished the preliminary design and permit documents for Tower 1.

So, everything from paperwork to occupancy will be on display.
