• The PhD Candidate shares the presentation slide. The microphone and speakers are on mute, and the camera is switched off.
• Opponents participate in the formal public Defense ceremony. The camera switched on during the entire ceremony, but unmuted only when invited by the chair to talk.
  It is preferred that you join through the MS Teams app instead of the browser version and that you ‘blur’ your background.
• The audience can view the ceremony. Please mute your microphone and switch off your camera.
