The old Campina site is being transformed into De Caai: a living lab with rental and owner-occupied apartments. Here\, innovation and design drive new developments in the field of nutrition and well-being. And residents and entrepreneurs find each other in the conviction that everything can and may be greener and healthier. It is the place where you work and live and where new connections lead to new communities. \nKompas360 will take us on a tour on the Phoodfarm and the tower still in construction. Kompas360 will tell us what they have contributed to the project in terms of Building Physics and Services! We can see the development project from design until finished building! \nGather in front of Vertigo at 12:40 for cycling to the site together\, or meet us at the Bottle distillery at 13:00! \nThe Program will look something like: \n13:00 gathering at \nBottle Distillery \nKanaaldijk-Zuid 1D \n5643 TZ Eindhoven \nPresentation about de Caai\, and what Kompas has done for this project. \n14:00 Tour around the construction site \nTowers 3 and 5 are completed\, towers 2 and 4 are under construction and we can view them. \nWe just finished the preliminary design and permit documents for Tower 1. \nSo\, everything from paperwork to occupancy will be on display. \nTopics covered by Kompas360 and briefly discussed include installations\, building physics\, acoustics\, daylighting\, energy/performance in the form of NTA8800\, and 20% better than BBL (Building Physics)\, fire safety. \nTour Finishes around 16:00
